character_table_F.at

the function |classes_Kondo_F4| defined in class_tables.at lists conjugacy
class representatives for any $F_4T_k$ type root datum in a fixed order, which
order is used below to write down characters. The numbering of the $W(F_4)$
irreducibles is determined by the |character_table_F4_data| table.
The function |character_table_F| will then construct a valid character table,
with those numberings, for any such root datum.
